music insanity index
music insanity index (MII)
music is re-categorized by its ability to induce hysteria.
The hysteria number indicates how many times the piece can be repeated, loopwise, before the listener loses his mind. For example, anything sung by
Paul Reubens has a lower number than a typical
Mahler symphony. Early research is conducted on employees of FAO Schwarz.
